Challenge

Total occupied two floors in the same building, with traditional offices following the matrix pattern. Both main facades have a privileged view of Baía de Guanabara and various tourist attractions in the city, however, they were completely hidden from most employees who occupied the center of the floor.

The renewed leadership yearned for an office capable of fostering creativity, increasing collaboration, flexibility and informal communication.
